Who this policy covers

Formaroo is a PowerBrix application. This policy explains the information processed when you use Formaroo, including Google sign-in. Contact us at markofilipovic2003@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information we process

We process account information such as your name, email address, profile picture and account identifier; forms, respondent answers, attachments and form configuration; subscription and billing records where you purchase a paid service; and technical records needed for login, security, delivery and troubleshooting. Information submitted by other people, such as respondents, recipients or workspace members, is also processed when you use those features.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in requests basic identity information: your Google account identifier, verified email address, name and profile picture. We use it to authenticate you and associate your login with your account. Signing in with Google does not itself give Formaroo access to your Gmail, Drive or Calendar. Any separate integration requires its own authorization. Google account access can be managed or revoked in Google Account connections; revoking access does not by itself delete information already stored in your Formaroo account.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide the features you request, maintain your account, support payments, deliver notifications, prevent misuse and resolve problems. It may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, authentication, database or file storage, email delivery and payments. Content is visible to the recipients, workspace members or public-link visitors you choose to share it with. When you use AI features for form creation and response analysis, the relevant request and content may be sent to the configured AI service to produce the requested result. Do not submit information you are not entitled to share. Google identity information is used for login, not for selling advertising profiles. Information received through Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Cookies and account security

Session cookies or browser storage keep you signed in and support app preferences. Authentication credentials and session identifiers should not be shared. No online service can promise absolute security; contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Retention, deletion and your choices

Information is retained while needed to provide the service and for applicable accounting, legal, security and operational purposes. Deleted information may remain in backups or required records until those copies expire or retention requirements end. You can use available account and export controls or contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and authority over workspace data before acting. Revoking a connection, deleting an app account and deleting content shared with recipients are different actions. Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you; this policy does not limit those rights.

Service providers and policy updates

Service providers may process information outside your country. Third-party integrations have their own privacy policies. We update this page when our practices change; material changes should be reviewed before continuing to use affected features.
