What does it cost?
Nothing to get started. Sign-up is open, there’s no card to enter and no trial counting down, and everything on this page is in the account you get — the question types, logic, themes and Formaroo AI included. If paid plans arrive later, the forms you have already built stay yours to export.
Who owns the responses?
You do. A form belongs to the account that made it, and no route reads or writes one it doesn’t own — that is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface. Answers stay in your workspace until you delete them, and you can take a copy whenever you like.
Do respondents need an account?
No. A published form is a public link: people open it, answer, and leave. They never meet a sign-in wall, nothing is installed, and nothing is kept about them beyond the answers they gave and any hidden fields you declared for yourself.
Can I get my data out?
Whenever you want. Every form exports to CSV with a column per question, plus when each response arrived and how long it took to fill in — a contact block splits into columns of its own. It opens in any spreadsheet, so there is nothing here to be locked into.
Does it work on a phone?
That is where one question per screen pays off most: a single question fills the screen, so nothing is cramped or zoomed. Split layouts fold to a band above the text on narrow viewports, and file uploads and signatures both work with a finger.
What does Formaroo AI read?
A snapshot of your own workspace, assembled on the server: the structure and logic of your forms plus recent answers, capped at 25 forms and 25 responses each so a busy account stays answerable. It runs through a gateway, and the API key never reaches the browser.
